  1. Combine dry ingredients in a mixing bowl
  2. Create well in centre of bowl and add oil
  3. Slowly whisk in milk to mixture until well combined
  4. Melt a knob of butter in skillet over medium heat
  5. Add one half cup of mixture to pan
  6. Flip pancakes once bubbles have formed and top has started to dry out
  7. Cook on other side after around 1-2 minutes
  8. Enjoy with your favourite toppings
