Vegan Pancakes
Description
Easy vegan pancakes. Perfect for Sunday mornings.
Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tblsp baking powder
- 2 tblsp sugar
- 1 cup soy or oat milk
- 2 tblsp oil (melt if using nuttelex)
Steps
- Combine dry ingredients in a mixing bowl
- Create well in centre of bowl and add oil
- Slowly whisk in milk to mixture until well combined
- Melt a knob of butter in skillet over medium heat
- Add one half cup of mixture to pan
- Flip pancakes once bubbles have formed and top has started to dry out
- Cook on other side after around 1-2 minutes
- Enjoy with your favourite toppings
